Where do the Esrogim & Lulavim grow?
Sukkos begins on Wednesday night, October16th. The first day of Sukkos, when the use of the Arba Minim is a commandment of the Torah is Thursday October 17th. On the morning of Hoshana Rabba, which takes place this year Wednesday, October 23rd, Hoshanos are required in the morning (Shacharis) services. The Sukkah is used for all meals starting with the first night of Sukkos Wednesday night, October16th, through Shmini Atzeres, which begins this year on Wednesday night, October 23rd.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to all 50 United States (including Alaska & Hawaii). We do not ship out of the USA.
Which carrier will be shipping my order?
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, We cannot gurantee which carrier we will ship as it may be beneficial to use one over the other. A tracking number will be available to allow you to track your shipment en route. Please note that we cannot deliver to a post office box. Oversize packages e.g. Sukkahs may be shipped via truck.
When is the last time that I can order Esrogim (Arba Minim sets) at the standard shipping rate this year?
Deadline for accepting standard shipment Arba Minim orders this year is Noon, Tuesday, October 8th. All orders accepted after that time will be charged for expedited shipping. You will be notified of the cost.
When is the very last time that I can order Esrogim (Arba Minim sets) this year?
Deadline for all Arba Minim orders this year is Noon, Thursday, October 10th. Orders that will be placed after Tuesday October 8th will be charged for expedited shipping. You will be notified of the cost prior to shipment. (Depending on your shipping zone it may still be able to ship ground.)
The first attempt to deliver all Arba Minim orders to their shipping addresses will be made no later than by the end of the day on Thursday, October 10th, 7 days before the start of Sukkos.
What if there is nobody at the shipping address to accept the order when UPS tries to make a delivery?
When placing your order, you can have us authorize UPS to allow a neighbor to sign and accept delivery for you. If you don't do that, UPS will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping address the next business day. You also have the option to call the phone number on the UPS notice and instruct them to hold the order for you to pick up in person at your local UPS delivery depot. You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call UPS, and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to pick up the order.
What is your return policy for Arba Minim?
Because the Arba Minim are perishable, all Arba Minim sales are final. No returns are accepted. If you have any problem with your Arba Minim order after it has been received, please call our customer service department immediately at: 800-550-7230 or 718-692-3335.
When is the last time that I can order a Sukkah, Portable Sukkah or Schach?
The deadline for all Sukkah or Schach orders is Monday October 7th. Because the supplies of Sukkahs and Schach are limited, The Esrog Headquarters cannot guarantee availability of all models in all sizes. You are therefore urged to place your Sukkah and Schach orders as early as possible.
What is your return policy for Sukkahs or Schach?
No Sukkah or Schach order will be accepted for return without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Once you place an order, you may cancel as long as it has not shipped. Once the item has shipped there will be a 30% restocking fee. If the original sukkah or schach package is open it will not be accepted for returns. The customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs to and from The Esrog Headquarters.
How to measure for a new Sukkah?
When measuring for a new Sukkah make sure that you have a few extra inches on each side so that you will be able to assemble the Sukkah properly. Please allow a few extra inches on either side because sizes may vary by a few inches due to manufacturing specifications.
When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be charged Three weeks prior to Rosh Hashanah. Because of the short time and all the necessary paper work we start to process orders three weeks before Rosh Hashanah. This will ensure that your order will be shipped and delivered on time. f you place an order online it will be charged upon checkout.
Where do the Esrogim, Lulavim, Hadasim, and Aravos grow?
Our Esrogim grow in many different countries. We get Esrogim from Israel, Morocco, and even the USA. Hadasim grow in Israel and Morocco. Arovos grow in the USA. We do not guarantee country of origin. If you would like your esrogim from a specific country please call the customer service department and we will do our best to service you.
